How A Planet Signify Houses?
In a horoscope, let's say planet A owns and occupies some houses, and sits in the constellation of planet B. The planet B(constellation lord) too owns and occupies some houses.
All the houses owned and occupied by planet A and its constellation lord planet B become the significations of planet A.
Example: Sagittarius Ascendant, Jupiter owns 1st and 4th house and sits in the 5th house in the constellation of the Kritika. Kritika is owned by the Sun and Sun owns the 9th house and sits in the 10th house.

Sun: 9 10
All these houses(1st, 4th, 5th, 9th and 10th) become the significations of Jupiter or we can say that Jupiter is connected with all these houses. These ownership and occupancies are seen from the Bhava Chalit Chart and not the ascendant chart.

Cuspal sublord of a cusp/house is a planet that shows whether an event is promised or not.
Let's say, Mars in a horoscope is the cuspal sublord of 7th house. 7th house is the primary house for marriage and suppose Mars in this horoscope is negative for marriage.
This means that the cuspal sublord of 7th house is negative for marriage and this is an indication that the native will never get married.
Same is the case with investments, if a particular house's cuspal sublord is negative for money making then it is quite possible that the native will never make money through the things related to that house.

In our analysis, we generally do not take cuspal sublord into consideration if all the other indications are positive, even though the cuspal sublord is really important, because it changes every few minutes.
If someone is actually born at 10.57 am and uses the 11.00 am as time of birth for casting the horoscope, it is very much possible that the cuspal sublord changed for a few houses.

Real estate refers to the land, property and building. The prime significator house for the real estate is the 4th house in one's horoscope. If the 4th house is connected with good houses then a person is able to invest in and make money through real estate.
For that, the cuspal sublord of the 4th house should signify or be connected to 4th, 6th, 10th and 11th house. This is an indicator that the person can benefit from the real estate.
Mars and Saturn are the significator planets for real estate, it is necessary to have their support in the horoscope otherwise one cannot expect success in real estate business.
The real estate can be of different types like residential real estate, commercial real estate and land.
Mars mainly governs over the land while Saturn is the significator of constructed property.

- Buying and selling vehicles - Planets in the horoscope should be connected with 3rd, 4th, 5th, 10th and 11th house. These houses are involved in purchase and sale of vehicles.

Bonds or Debt Funds
Bond fund is a fund where a large number of investors pool their money and that money is given as a debt or loan to the corporations and governments.

The 2nd house is your assets and the 8th is the house for other people's money.
In your horoscope, 7th house represents the entity to whom you are lending the money and for that entity the money you are giving is other people's money. The 8th house from your 7th house is the 2nd house.
The 2nd house also represents financial stability and because bond funds are fixed income assets, they are related to your 2nd house.
When the cuspal sub lord of 2nd house along with several other planets are connected with the 2nd and 11th house then the horoscope indicates gains through these assets.
Wearables & Collective Items
Buying expensive items which are scarce like a limited edition watch, antique items, coins, vintage cars, paintings, etc. come into this category.
Such items may not add much utility but people want them because they are scarce and thus it makes these items expensive and gain value over time.
The important houses for such items are the 2nd house and the 5th house, 2nd house will be the prime house here.
5th house is involved because there is an element of speculation i.e. from an investor's point of view they are bought with the hope being sold at a higher price in the future.
Venus is the significator of such items and Venus here should be connected to the 2nd, 5th and 11th house. If such Venus is also the cuspal sublord of the 2nd house then this indicates a strong inclination for buying collective items.
Many planets should signify the 2nd, 5th, 11th and 12th house to benefit from such investments.
Stock Market
Stock market is the most popular option for investment simply because of low entry barriers and low capital requirements to start with. Anyone can put money into stocks.
